A kick-off meeting with all partners (the EC representative will be invited) will be organised as soon as the project starts, in order to launch the activities in an efficient way.
Every six months, each WPL will submit to the Coordinator a consolidated progress report of the different aspects of the work package. This report will include information about the technical progress, results obtained, the compliance with the work programme and all the relevant information at management level (resources, costs, delays, etc.). The progress status of each task will also be reported in terms of percentage of completion, estimated time for completion, actual person-months spent and person-months needed to complete the task.
The Coordinator will update the bar chart and the person-months spreadsheets using the data received from the partners. The Project Coordinator will also consolidate the information and finalise an internal progress report that will be distributed amond the partners and forwarded to the EC for info mation.
