Update as the NMD-chip project reaches its half-way point

NMD-chip is a scientific project funded by the European Union. Its aim is to design, develop and validate new sensitive high-throughput DNA microarrays ("gene chips") to diagnose patients affected by inherited neuromuscular disorders (NMDs).

A project update has been released giving a summary of the progress made during the first 18 months of the project.
